Kristynn Johnson

Kristynn Johnson has made a career of library work and has a continuing commitment to advocating for equity and human rights. After graduating with her Master of Library and Information Studies degree in Spring 2013 from The University of Alabama at Tuscaloosa's School of Library and Information Studies, she obtained the position of Librarian Manager. The mission of Project ALFA meshes with Kristynn's ideas about accessibility, and the project provided her the opportunity to gain the knowledge and skills to take her work to the professional level. Kristynn is the current chair of the Oregon Digital Library Consortium's cataloging committee; she has served on the Oregon Library Association Support Staff Division board and is a member of the American Library Association; the Oregon Library Association; the NAACP; the Equal Rights Center and Mind Freedom.
